I have gotten rid of all of mine PRIOR to SP2, the rest
I've kept. It's unlikely that you'll need anything prior
to SP2 . . .

Good Luck

Are you talking about what you see in Add/Remove Programs? These
are the critical updates (mostly security-oriented) that you've
been downloading all along. Do not remove these, or you will put
back the security exposures they were designed to fix. You can
however delete their backup files. See
