Can't get program to come up. Not sure if auto update to SP2 done or not.

System starts acting as if it is trying to read something. Monitor is in
power save mode or no cable or no signal error mode. Had tower checked. Ran
ok so thought a monitor problem. Purchased new monitor, still doesn't work.
Amber lite is not on on tower. Have to hold in power buttom 10 sec to get to
shut down. Can't reboot either.

HELP!

It's a hardware problem of some sort, which is next to impossible to figure
out at a distance. It might be as simple as a card that's a little lose, or
it might just about any part going bad.
