windows XP home firewall

hi all can someone please tell me , i accidently set my firewall to off..and
i cant click on "on" to get it back on and running...how do i get it running
again??
 
thanks nicoliani, but like i said in my post when i go there it wont let me
do it from there, there must be a way to turn it back on
 
type services.msc in the start menu > run, check if u disabled any related
or dependent services
