windows XP home edition sp2 internet explorer 7

when i start my comp windows freezes and little window pops up saying unable
to load configuration.i have to turn it off manually and after 3 or 4 times
it starts wirking.have tried last good conf,didnt help and system restore
unable.can u help please.it drives me crazy.ta
