Windows XP home edition hangs when installing on Travelmate 520

I have an acer travelmate 520. I am trying to upgrade the windows 98 second
edition to windows xp home edition. I run the advisor and nothing comes up as
a problem I have updated the bios as told by Acer. The install process goes
perfectly until the computer restarts. When the computer restarts I get two
options continue with windows xp setup or cancel the setup. I choose
continue the setup. I get the screen with a white bar stating starting
windows then I get the splash screen. After that the screen turns black for
about 5 minutes and then I get a blue error screen with the following error
0x4000008a. I have researched this and it say that this problem was corrected
sp1 but how do I install sp1 when I don't even have xp installed yet.

You need to slipstream/integrate SP2 into your installation media - creating
a new CD with Windows XP SP2 ready to install...

Do a google search for "AutoStreamer" and grab that.
