Windows XP Home Edition & Frontpage Extensions

Does anyone know if I can get Frontpage server extensions
for Windows XP (Home edition) & if so, where from?

The FrontPage Server extensions are for use on a web server. Since XP Home
doesn't come with nor, support Internet Information Services, you'd need a
3rd party web server.
