Hello ,

I have some questions about backing up important windows XP Home Edition
files. I already have installed
the backup utility from my Windows XP CD. I tried to save just the system
state option on a 3.5 , 1.44MB , 512 bytes/sector floppy diskette but the
one floppy
doesn't contain enough capasity/space to copy the files.
Are there floppy diskettes available that you can buy that
are larger in capacity size to copy backup files to ?
Are there other alternatives available other than the floppy disk method so
that I could backup my files from my hard drive ? What are the most
important files to backup in case I can't access windows XP or if my system
crashes ?
Your help is appreciated.

you will never be able to use floppy disks. either put
your backup on cd or use an imaging program such as ghost
or acronis.
