Windows XP Home Crashing!

I am getting very frustrated with this crashing problem with Windows XP Home SP1.
Error Code is as follows-
REGISTRY_ERROR
ERROR_CODE-00000051,Parameter 0000000d,Parameter2 00000001,Parameter3 00000000,Parameter4 00000000
I have been trying to solve this problem for weeks now with no success. Nobody seems to know what is causing this problem.
I send the error to Microsoft and they say its a device driver that is causing my problem, but they can't tell which one. I have updated all drivers and still the problem persists. I have been through crashing problems before, the problem turned out to be my memory, but it took 6 months to find the problem. I really don't want to go through that again. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
