Windows XP Home Administrator

I have a new computer and need to log in as an Administrator. How? Where?

Where?

Boot the machine in safe mode to access the original built in Administrator
account.
See the Help and Support for instruction on booting to Safe Mode

With WIndows XP Home, you have to startup in Safe mode

to use the Administrator login.Restart your computer, and
press the F* key right after the BIOS info. Choose "Safe
Mode" and the Administrator login box will be there. I
