Windows XP Hangs

My PC hangs after sitting idle for a short period, mouse
and keyboard do not respond. Restored PC to a starting
point before this problem began and it continues to do
this. Any idea's?
 
Could be Overheating, power supply going flaky, incompatible device
drivers or programs.
