The AMP64 can run both 32 and 64bit OS's. Windows XP Home, Pro or 64 Bit
Edition will run on it. The question is, how much are you willing to spend
on your OS?

No the windows 64 bit edition only runs on the Intel Itanium processor. It
will not run on the amd 64bit processor yet. I'm sure the version for amd
will be out soon.
