Windows XP Floppy Disk Error

Running Windows XP Home Edition... all the updates and
patches applied... am trying to access a floppy disk
created on another computer (mine too)... so it's
definitely not infected with a virus or anything...

I get the error below when I attempt to open the disk...

"no ID address mark was found on the floppy disk"

any ideas ?? thanks... tim

Sounds like the disk contents is corrupt. Run a Scandisk/chkdsk on
disk on other computer.
