Insertion Of Floppy Disk Causes Automatic Boot

I have 3 computers all running windows xp
I have updated them all to latest critical updates
After installation of Software Distribution 3.0 when I insert a disk into my
floppy drive the computer goes into boot up mode. This happens on all three
computers.
I restored 1 computer to a state prior to Distribution 3.0 and the floppy
works fine
Please help
