Windows XP Explorer - right click delays

I get a delay of up to a minute when right clicking on file names (not
folders) in Windows Explorer before the pop up message is displayed.
Disabling the 'Open With' option of the pop up through Registry resolves.
Any thoughts on how to resolve?

Right-click is slow or weird behavior caused by context menu handlers -
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/slowrightclick.htm
Manage the context-menu entries for folders, drives and Namespace
objects - http://windowsxp.mvps.org/context_folders.htm
Problem caused by adding Copy To and Move To as context menu entries -
