Windows XP does not regonize the PCMCIA card again !

After remove the PCMCIA card and insert again, the win xp
can't regonize the card and show error 10 / 12 .
what can I do ?
 
Before removing any plug in device use "Safely Remove Hardware" to 'stop' the
device. The Icon is in the System Tray next to the clock.
