Windows XP display with words upside down

Windows XP display with word upsie down.
How do I restore or recover system quickly
with losing data on PC? It is has happennned before.

Sorry to take so long to respond. Your entire post is upside down. Very
hard to read.
First, are you running dX smopuiM or Windows XP?

Second, if you look at your monitor in a mirror, are things reversed
side-to-side but not up and down?

If so, you should go to another newsgroup.
