Windows XP Deployment

I am trying to creat an image of XP SP2 to deploy in the company...I have a
volume license...I am trying to get sysprep to automate the process so user
does not get prompted for the license...Unable to get it to work

I have already tried this method....For some reason...it is almost like it is
bypassing the inf file and prompts the user for the info again.
