Windows Xp boot problems

hi masters!

I have 2 NTFS partitions on my HDD.
My boot.ini file conf. is as follow:
[boot loader]
timeout=10
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOWS="Microsoft
Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect

I resized the second partition with Partition Magic 7 Dos
versions and I cannot boot the computer without floppy
boot disk. The boot.ini file,NTDETECT.COM and ntldr are
on the second partition(primary).
How can I restore de boot section on my HDD either on
first or on the second partition ?

Thanks in advance

Unless your machine allows you to set the active partition via the BIOS,
your first primary partition is the boot partition. The BOOT.INI entries
are correct, but the BOOT.INI, NTLDR and NTDECT.COM files need to be on the
first primary partition.

Boot from the XP CD, and when offered the choice of Setup or Repair, choose
Repair. This takes you to Recovery Console. At the command prompt enter
FIXBOOT to repair the boot sector loader code. You may or may not be able
to use Recovery Console to copy the 3 files listed from the 2nd partition to
the first, if needed.
