Windows XP Boot error ( won't start)

I have installed XP in a new computer, when I try to start
it, it won't even boot in safe mode, a blue screen come's
up with this error at the bottom ( 0X000000ED
(0X85F54900,0XC0000185,0X00000000,0X00000000) I need help
please.
