MOUNTABLE BOOT VOLUME

EVERYTIME I TRY TO BOOT MY COMPUTER I GET THIS MESSAGE. (WIDOWS FAILED TO
START) MOUNTABLE BOOT VOLUME, STOP 0X000000ED. ALSO WILL NOT START IN SAFE
MODE. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

When you restart your computer or upgrade to Windows XP, you receive the
