That error code is most often associated with a hardware related
problem.

Did you add any new hardware recently, or update the drivers for any
existing hardware? If so try removing what ever was added or
uninstalling the update(s)/

A STOP error involving win32k.sys can be caused by pcAnywhere version
11.0 If you have this version go to the Symantec update site and get
the 11.0.1 version which Symantec says usually resolves this problem.

RAM problems can also cause this type of error. A couple of users
have reported that they resolved this issue by going into the BIOS
setup details and changing the RAM timing setting from "Optimal" to
"Sync".

Hope this is of some assistance.

Good luck
