Windows XP Backup Utility

When I try to backup my entire internal hard drive to my
external hard drive, I get an error "Files for recovery
disk could not be created. Operation has been aborted".
The backup wizard then closes.

Please give some advice as to how I can use this backup
utility>
 
In XP Home the ASR Floppy Disk does not work. You have to
re-install XP and then restore.
