Windows XP appearance failing!!

Hello.
Recently, whenever I try to change the appearance of my computer the task
bar always stays in the same classic mode, and it never changes any styles.
It just stays the same.I am currently running Microsoft windows XP
professional.

Please help as soon as possible.

like a little baby throwing a tantrum??

hmm.....good idea, but in the mean time i think it would be best if you

You are the one asking for help. You're not in a position to make
demands.

If you are paying attention, there have been replies to your other
posts on this.
