Windows XP Account Lockout Bypass

Does anyone know how to bypass the account lockout on
windows XP? I'm not on a network. I tried configuring the
account lock threshold to keep my sister off my computer.
but now it tells me my account is locked out whenever i
put in the password that I previously set.

Search google for a "SAM xp password reset". There is a 1 MB program out
there that you need to d/l to a floppy, then boot from it. It will unlock
any account on the machine as well as let you reset/change any password for
any account on the system.
