No it doesn't.

There are no true 64bit anti virus packages for the x64 WinXP, unless
something has come out since X-mas.

Wrong. Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition provides 64-bit protection.

I knew there where a few, but all the ones I tried where not true 64bit.

I'll have to give these a try.
