Windows Workstation Login Checkbox

My workstation first logs into Novell and then a domain.
After I log into Novell, I am prompted with a Windows
Workstation dialog box that has a checkbox at the bottom
as follows:

"Change your Windows password to match your Netware
password after successful login"

But the checkbox is greyed out and I can't change it to
sync up the passwords, so I need to log into both every
time with different passwords. I thought that this was in
the registry somewhere to enable the checkbox, but I can't
find it.

Invoke Windows Security window as Ctrl+Alt+Del after double-login, click on
the Change Password button, and synchronize both passwords.
