I just put a new Athlon 64 3400+ and a DFI LanParty UT250gb in my computer to
replace my 1700+. When I start the computer, the windows load screen shows.
After it is done loading, the screen goes blank and doesn't show the welcome
screen. I have tried to reinstall wndows. At firet it works, but then it goes
back to the same problem. Also, Windows x64 will work once after installing
it, then it says that <Windows Root>\system32\ntoskrnl.exe is corrupt or
missing. Haw can I fix these problems and make Windows turn on?

This could be a hardware problem. If, on a clean installation, Windows
finds all the new hardware and installs the proper drivers, either on its
own or supplied by you, and it boots to the desktop, it should work without
issues. Does your motherboard support the processor and hard drive?
