windows won't start when turning oncomputer.

windows xp pro: BOOT DISK FAILURE. INSERT SYSTEM DISK.
THEN WHEN SETUP CHECKS FILES I CAN GET SETUP TO START
WINDOWS. HOW DO I GO BACK TO START UP STARTING WINDOWS?

This hpappens Gil when your hd dies...to dbl check see if
the bios picks up your hd...most likey it wont!
