windows wont start-getting "skipping auto check

after using windows defender, that detected 2 viruses and 44 corrupt files, i
clicked repair and it all went downhill.. when i turn on my computer, i get
the black screen which goes to the blue screen where windows tries to load, i
then get an "error"
showing-----autocheck program not found-skipping autocheck...it then goes
back to the screen to try to load, over and over and over. can someone
please help. i have tried to open in safe mode and last known good
configuration, no help
