Windows wont let me go

Everytime I try to close out and shut down, a pop up states "End Program-
Layered Hidden Window" and then I have to wait for the save bar to do it's
thing before I can shut off. Please, how do I make this pop up go away?

Generally shutdown problems are because a program that is running is
refusing to shutdown gracefully. Quite often the program is malware.

I would also ensure that your computer is 100% malware-free by scanning
in Safe Mode with a current version (not earlier than 2004) antivirus
using updated definitions. Scan for non-viral malware with Spybot
Search & Destroy and Ad-aware. Get those free programs from
www.majorgeeks.com, install them, update them, and scan in Safe Mode.
