Windows will not restart or shut down.....after using a program

After clicking Restart or Turn-off, Windows-XP hangs after saving Files to
system.
Strange... for it is closing or restarting well when I use not any other
program.

This happened when I installed a program that hanged and later try to
uninstall that program.

Somebody knows a solution.

Have you tried system resore?

Do you feel that you tried but failed to completely uninstall the hanging
program? If it is not completely removed, you may want to reinstall it and
attempt again to uninstall it.

Look in Help and Support.
Dave is assuming you want to restore your System Files back to a point in
time before you installed the program that hangs.

Sorry Guys,
I tried all, but it did not work.

It happened like cimex below wrote.
Are there more suggestions ?..... for if not, I have to format and
reinstall all again? Just reinstalled everything 4 months ago. :-(
