Windows welcome

Recenlty I added a new welcome screen to my windows, It worked for awhile but
now all of the suddin when it comes to windows welcome screen it stops
loading, all i see is the background and the user accounts never show up. Is
there a way to fix this? Wether its bypass the welcome screen alltogher,
buying software, or wipeing my computer alltoghether. Anything so i can use
it agian.
