I can't receive my mail, It will not except my user name and pass word, HELP

I have a complete line by line document of how I set up my connection to my
Internet Provider and e-mail. If you think this might be helpful, e-mail me
and I will send a copy. Now maybe you can help me. I've tried multiple
times just to enter a question I have and when I select New Question I never
get the openings into which I can write. What is wrong? Thanks,

CNJ... if you can reveal what newsreader you are using maybe someone with
that kind of reader knowledge can help. You might want to start a new
thread on this.

Randy...What e-mail client are you using and who is your mail service
provider? You might want to go to that mail server provider's WEB page
client e-mail setup help section and follow their instructions. IF you
still have problems, please return and state your problem again with more
detail.
