When you buy a stand alone retail version of WIndows Vista Ultimate, does it
include the code to execute on a 32 or 64 bit machine? Does Ultimate give you
a 32 bit and a 64 bit operating system?

Thanks for your response. :O)

You get both DVD's with Ultimate (not with other versions?) but you can
only activate one of them.

Retail versions of Ultimate have both the x64 and x86 DVDs in the box. The
product key provided will work with either one, but only one version can be
installed at a time. For other retail versions you get only the x86 DVD but
you can send to MS to get the x64 DVD for a small fee. OEM versions only
come with a single DVD, whatever version is purchased, and you cannot buy
the other DVD from MS.
