Windows Vista Too Slowly these days

Hello,

since some times My Windows Vista, is too slooly, more than before.

may be 3 or 4 minutes to open completly.

I have HP laptop with 2GO RAM and a Core 2 CPU T5200 1.6 Ghz

i want to know what process make my vista too slowly, can i detect it.

run msconfig

and take un-needed applications out of startup
