windows vista to windows xp

If you need help connecting Windows Vista to Windows XP than email me at
(e-mail address removed). Because I just found out a way!
 
Not a smart idea to put your email on this public site. Expect loads of spam.

On windows Xp:
1.First click on the nortan Icon.
2.Than click on Nortan Internet Security.
3.Than click open on settings.
4.Under web browsing click Personal Firewall.
5.Click configure.
6.Than click programe control.
7.Scroll down until you see two of the same called Operating system.
8. Click in the scroll down menu and click allow on the first one and the
second one.
9. There might be a third one if you have it than do the same thing.
10.If you see another one named system and below the name says system DONT
CLICK ALLOW!
11.Than cancel out of it. And every thing els. (except this)
12.Click start and than right click on My Computer.
13.Than click Properties.
14 click the Computer Name Tab.
15. Click change...
16. Where it says workgroup. Under it type in WORKGROUP.
Now you are done on the xp computer.

On the Windows Vista computer:

12.Than you should see your pc and do what ever you want.
 
what if i dont have norton on xp?i see my pc on the vista network but the
xp i can not to network at all ...cant see it on any of the pcs
