O On the Bridge Feb 14, 2008 #3 the startup sound itself is hardcoded inside a dll, so NO, but what you can do is this, Open Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound > Sounds tab you can disable it by unchecking the startup sound box, and then change the LOGIN sound to whatever you want
