Quite so, it was a tongue in cheek kinda comment. Whatever the "Legal"
situation is WTR responsibility, the OS has "Microsoft" written all over
it and so any perceived problems WILL be attributed to the most
prominent name in the whole package. This is aggravated by the fact that
it's MS who make the allegation of theft but then flatly refuse to deal
with the mistake. Never mind the technicalities, to the user wish is
simply a Vista / Microsoft problem, and that is what they will believe
and remember, no matter what else they are told.
