Hi when I try to open the Media Center it opens but I get this

OUT OF RANGE
15.7KHZ/60HZ

How can I fix it on my comuter?

That happens to be the nominal scan frequencies for NTSC Television, are
you connecting your pc to a TV as a monitor? Specific frequencies would be
15,734 by 59.9 Hz.
