Windows Vista Mail set up for Verizon email

Can anyone interpret this? I've read through most of the posts that mention
setting up Vista mail with a Verizon account but I have not been able to get
through yet.

Account: 'incoming.verizon.net', Server: 'incoming.verizon.net', Protocol:
POP3, Server Response: '-ERR [AUTH] Authentication failed', Port: 110,
Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92

The most probable cause is that you typed your name or password incorrectly.
Carefully re-enter both. Remember, the password is case sensitive.
