is there hardware of my new pc good enough for windows vista?

p4 3ghz with ht
intel 945 chipset based asus motherboard
1gb (512x2) ddr2 533mhz ram
128mb BIG gfx card based on nvidia geforce 6200le chipset with GPU
160gb hdd
dvd writer
wireless keyboard and mouse
17inch lcd
4.1 channel speakers (2 front, 2 back and 1 woofer)

Thats definitely a grea system, just check nVidia's website to find out if
your Video Card has a WDDM driver.

That would work fine. The video card may be a little weak, but it should
work fine.
