Windows Vista and adding 2000 multiboot

Want to add partition to install 2000 in a separate partition. Laptop has
Vista. Win2000 install begins, but popup box selection to install greyed out
and can't get past this step. Any ideas to make work?

I think the install order has to be reversed. W2K then XP or Vista, if
your mchine will still swallow W2K.
