"Windows Virtual Memory Minimum Too Low"

Argh...this causes very slow loads, even freezes/crashes. Is there a way to
"increase" this virtual memory???

The message means you are running out of memory. Presuming that you have
not been messing with your virtual memory settings, here is what you can
do to solve the problem:

1. Remove all viruses and other forms of malware, which are known to
consume huge amounts of memory.
2. Don't run so many programs at the same time.
3. Buy more memory. You want at least 512MB for good performance with XP.

The 1st post isnt right.Simply R.click my computer,properties,advanced,
performance, advanced, virtual memory button, select "let system manage"
click set 2X,close out,a restart should be prompted.
