WINDOWS UPGRADES FREEZES AT DOWNLOAD

i HAVE LOOKED OVER LIST OF THINGS TO DO WITH THIS
SITUATION. ONE SUGGESTION IS TO RE REGISTER REGSVE32
MSSCRIPT.OCX ETC. i CAN NOT FIND THESE FILES TO REGISTER.
ANY SUGGESTIONS

What I did was only select a few at a time... like 3 or
so till the whole list is done.
