windows updates

I have tried downloading windows updates and I keep
getting the following error: Windows Update has
encountered an error and cannot display the requested
page.(0x80072F76)

Can anyone help? I have tried the solution that this
error request to try and still nothing.

I have been to this site and have checked my settings.

The only IP address I have in the HOST is the local host
IP.
I have tried all the suggestions listed and still nothing.
