windows updates

i work for an organization that has disabled auto.updates which means i have
to manually update pc's as i go around. is there a quick way to download all
post-sp2 updates, extract them and then install them? when i finally found a
page on ms which showed the updates, i had to download each update
individually which was a real pain in the ***!

If you have it, then get with them and have this process corrected at the
source.
