Windows Updates question

When I go to check out Windows Updates I get the message at the bottom of
this instead of the standard Scan for updates.

Anyone know why this is and to correct it to how to scan for updates??

Only use Internet Explorer when visiting the Windows Update
web site. Other browsers will not access the site correctly.
