Windows Updates Fail

We have a new Cisco ASA 5510 with the Trend Micro module. Within the Trend
settings I have added everything I can find related to allowing windows
updates. Found what Microsoft had recommended you know like the
*.windowsupdate.com, *.microsoft.com, *download.windowsupdate.com, etc.

Also, I have .exe blocked which I know some of the files are .exe.

How do we get around this? I have setup a wsus server an attempting to
complete outside of my test but when we configure pcs or take them out of the
box we usually just run straight thru the Windows Updates to get them up to
speed. More people have had to exerience this.

Instead of posting your attempts at fixing the unknown problem - how about
some description of what you see when the problem occurs? Like what you are
trying to do specifically (visit http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ and
scan for updates, use automatic updates, etc) and what happens when you try
(it downloads but will not install, it gives a 'page not found', it gives a
blank web page, etc...)
