Windows Updates EULA Dialog Box

When this box pops up, it cuts the last line in half
("licensing agreement?") and no "I Agree" button can be
seen or found.

Carol Silva (8/14 @12:23P) and Roman (8/14 @4:38A) have
the identical problem.

Any Ideas?

Right click the Desktop, click Properties.
Click Settings tab, click Advanced button.
Set DPI to 96dpi
Or press the Tab key.
