windows update

Has anyone had a similar problem of not being able to
reach a website after downloading a windows update? Since
doing so I am unable to reach the toronto public library
website ,and it is a functional website.
And if so, how did you fix it?

Only one site is the problem?

It may be a HOSTS file problem.
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS.
